No matter what kind of trip you’re planning, you can use our exclusive partnership with Virtuoso and hotels around the world to get exclusive rates, VIP treatment, and amenities.

HOW IT WORKS

CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Open the hotel booking tool and enter the password (please email me for this information). Enter the destination or hotel name in the search bar and your check-in and check-out dates. Keep Preferred Partner Rates checked.

This will bring you to a page with every hotel in your desired location where you can click to browse and compare options.

BOOK YOUR HOTEL

View availability based on rates and room categories by clicking “view details.” Our preferred partner rates will automatically populate that include added perks and amenities (think Virtuoso, Four Seasons, STARS, and more). Select the Room Category and click “Add to Trip.”

Click the green “Book” button on your right. Enter your Guest Details and Payment Method, then Book Trip!

  • The Booking Tool is complimentary and the rates are the exact same as you would see online. The perk to you is that you now have direct access to our preferred rates, which include our VIP amenities at no additional cost to you. You will also be able to view any promotional rates included with our preferred partnerships.

  • Some of our hotel partners don't participate in the booking tool. If you don't see your preferred hotel available, reach out to our team! If you have questions about room categories, hotel options or general booking needs, don't hesitate to reach out at katie@majortraveler.com

  • This is a hotel booking only service. We do not offer assistance with making spa appointments or dining reservations with this service. If you would like additional planning help, reach out to me directly and we can chat through the services that best fit your needs.
